Job Description:

The Communications Manager Germany will work closely with the German leadership team to achieve two key goals:

  • Externally: strengthen HPE’s awareness and reputation in the German market
  • Internally: foster strategic clarity and genuine employee belonging

Considering the regional scope of the job and emphasizing the requirement to be fluent in German language, the following description is written in German.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Interne, Führungskräfte- und Presse-Kommunikation in Deutschland, eng abgestimmt mit globalen Kommunikationsplänen
  • Berichtet an den Leiter Kommunikation für Nord-, West- und Zentraleuropa
  • Erstellen von Kommunikations-Inhalten, z.B. Redemanuskripte, Präsentationen, Social-Media-Posts, Videos, interne E-Mails, Pressemeldungen, Fachartikel
  • Redaktionelle und technische Betreuung des Intranets
  • Social-Media-Kommunikation der GmbH-Geschäftsführer und ggf. weiterer Führungskräfte
  • Planen und Organisieren von internen und externen Veranstaltungen (z.B. Town Halls, ATMs, Presse-Roundtables)

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:

  • Exzellente Schreib- und Storytelling-Fähigkeiten
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • Überdurchschnittlich ausgeprägtes Gefühl für Gestaltung und Design
  • Beherrschung von gängigen Video-, Grafik- und Satzprogrammen
  • Außergewöhnliche Liebe zum Detail
  • Starke mündliche Kommunikation und Selbstvertrauen bei der Beratung von Führungskräften
  • Eigeninitiative und Kreativität
  • Toleranz gegenüber Zeiten mit hoher Arbeitsbelastung

Erforderliche Ausbildung und Erfahrung:

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss
  • Erfahrung in Kommunikation oder Journalismus
