BLITS 3.0 PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This role will be to directly support the mission of the 66th Air Base Group (66 ABG) to secure information and information systems; to support mission success through effective and efficient service delivery; and to sustain required infrastructure and capabilities. As one part of the greater Air Force Information Network (AFIN) enterprise, the 66 ABG Communications and Information Division (66 ABG/SC) has responsibilities in two categories (1) direct actions in support of Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB) and geographically separated units (GSUs); and (2) indirect actions to support the AFIN enterprise. Successful solutions for this requirement are expected to have strengths in four areas: integration, flexibility, AFIN knowledge, and technical expertise.
Job Responsibilities:
Centuria is seeking a highly skilled Communications Focal Point (CFP) – Cyber Liaison to support the 66th Air Base Group (66 ABG) at Hanscom Air Force Base. This role serves as the central coordination authority for cyber-related orders, directives, and compliance actions, translating enterprise-level guidance into executable tasks across multiple organizations.
This position is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of cybersecurity operations, data visualization, stakeholder communication, and Air Force mission execution. The selected candidate will assume responsibilities from a high-performing incumbent and will benefit from a structured knowledge transfer and transition period.
· Cyber Orders & TASKORD Management
o Serve as the primary CFP for all incoming cyber orders, including TASKORDs, FRAGORDs, GENADMINs, and other directives affecting Hanscom AFB and GSUs.
o Assess scope, applicability, impact, and required actions for each order and coordinate execution across affected organizations.
o Maintain authoritative tracking of orders, milestones, assignments, and completion status using centralized repositories.
· Compliance Tracking & Data Visualization
o Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into cyber compliance posture.
o Aggregate and normalize data from authoritative sources such as DISA CORA, ACC guidance, STIG findings, MFRs, IAVM status, and vulnerability reports.
o Enable data-driven decision-making by translating technical compliance data into actionable insights.
· Leadership Briefings & Stakeholder Engagement
o Prepare and deliver recurring NIPRNet and SIPRNet leadership briefings in coordination with Vulnerability Management, Operations, and CFP teams.
o Translate complex technical and compliance information into clear, concise executive-level communications.
o Track action items, decisions, and follow-ups to ensure continuity and accountability.
· COMSEC, Asset, and Outage Coordination
o Support COMSEC-related coordination and asset accountability processes, including TACLANE and cryptographic device tracking.
o Serve as or support the MADDS Custodian function, coordinating Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) with operations teams.
o Ensure accurate documentation and dissemination of planned outages and system impacts.
· Official Documentation & Governance
o Author and maintain official Memorandums for Record (MFRs) documenting TASKORD completion, risk acceptance, and compliance artifacts.
o Maintain an organized evidence library to support inspections, audits, and command inquiries.
o Ensure alignment with Air Force, DoD, and federal cybersecurity directives and instructions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
(An additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree)
8+ years of cybersecurity experience within DoD or other federal environments
Strong working knowledge of:
Air Force and DoD cyber directives, orders, and compliance processes
TASKORD / cyber order lifecycle management
Active Directory (users, groups, and computer objects)
Demonstrated experience producing executive-level briefings and written products
CompTIA Security+ (or higher) – required
Active Secret clearance – required
