The North Central Regional Communications Coordinator provides essential organizational support to the Regional Communications team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with the coordination, tracking, and execution of various communications activities that elevate Gensler’s projects, people, and brand presence.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who enjoys managing logistics, maintaining systems, and supporting others to deliver excellent work.
This position requires an ability to communicate effectively, a passion for internal reporting and crafting engaging stories, the nimbleness to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously, and a knack for building trust and rapport quickly.
