Reporting to the Head of GWAM North America and Europe Communications, you’ll be joining a world-class team responsible for helping to support GWAM’s ambition and strategic priorities through the development and execution of clear, consistent, and compelling communications -- both internal and external -- that protects and strengthens GWAM’s reputation and informs, engages, and inspires colleagues. In this role, you will work across the GWAM Comms team to lead / support project management, research, reporting and measurement, writing, and social media program management and content creation/execution to help support business-driven communications initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Project Management
Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time; support integrated communications plans (ICPs) and stretch projects as assigned.
Liaise with service providers (translation, design, printing) as needed to execute tactics.
Research, Reporting & Measurement
Build reports on the impact of multi-channel campaigns by reviewing tactic analytics against benchmarks; advise partners on measurement post-program delivery to communicate lessons learned and validate goals/targets.
Monitor relevant trends and feedback, and consolidate insights to inform recommendations.
Writing & Content Creation
Draft and edit communications across channels (e.g., newsletters, announcements, ICP materials) with clear, audience-focused messaging; review/advise on content for related communications when appropriate.
Social Media Program Management
Help manage our GWAM senior leader LinkedIn program working with Communications leads for each leader. This includes helping to develop and execute a segment-wide program, identifying content ideas and opportunities, drafting content, and working with delegates to post and, monitor and measure posts.
Required Qualifications:
Education: University or college degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.
Core Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong writing and editing (CP-style), visual communications proficiency (PowerPoint), and familiarity with emerging communication media. Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment; motivated self-starter.
Digital/Social: Familiarity with multi-channel campaigns and social/digital content operations; alignment to social media policies. Comfort with leverage AI to help support our communications efforts.
1–2+ years of communications experience preferred, with internship/co-op or entry-level experience in project coordination, content development, social/digital programs, and reporting/measurement.

Salary range is expected to be between
