Description -
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development and implementation of PC commodities. You will be responsible for managing complex project lifecycles, overseeing part logistics for prototypes, and driving innovation within our hardware ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of the PC commodity landscape and the ability to steer cross-functional teams toward successful product launches.
Commodity & Program Leadership: Lead multi-functional teams to drive the engineering development of PC commodities, ensuring all technical and business requirements are met.
End-to-End Project Management: Develop comprehensive schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Track progress against milestones and proactively adjust plans to stay on schedule.
Logistics & Build Management: Oversee the logistics of parts for builds and prototypes across multiple simultaneous projects.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for program progress, providing clear escalations and data-driven solutions to management and internal partners.
Process Excellence: Drive best practices in documentation and quality initiatives, while ensuring procedural compliance and safety standards.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical leadership to junior staff members.
Expertise: Extensive experience in PC commodity management and hardware development lifecycles.
Project Mastery: Proven track record in Program/Project Management, including risk mitigation, change management, and resource allocation.
Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
Experience: Typically 7-10 years of relevant experience in engineering development or project planning.
