This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Troubadour Golf & Field Club set outside of Nashville, Tennessee.Key Responsibilities
Procurement and Logistic
o Participate in daily morning meeting with Commissary team
o Organization of the commissary daily
o Understanding product ID and quality of ingredients to fulfill property orders properly
o Participate in the assigned daily, weekly, and special projects
o Organization of deliveries of product within the Commissary
o Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in commissary
o Ensure all product leaving commissary is recorded properly
o Ensure all malfunctions are reported to the manager/supervisor on duty immediately
o Close building using the provided closing checklist
o Check out with supervisor/manager before clocking out for the day
o Assist with ordering of product
o Data entry into procurement operational systems
· Commissary
o Check out final PO club order with Supervisor/Manager before sending
o Liaison between Purchasing & Logistics and Commissary team
Qualifications
· High School Diploma
· A minimum of two years of experience in Warehousing, Purchasing and Logistics or Hotel Environment, Distribution, Purchasing and Receiving Transportation functions.
· Basic Knowledge of product ID and food safety
· Must be a motivated self-starter who displays initiative and possesses the ability to troubleshoot
· Ability to deal with a range of employees including upper management with regards to the day-to-day operation of the commissary and special projects within the Purchasing and Logistic Department.
· Telehandler and Forklift operations is a plus
· Valid ServSafe Food Handler Certification.

· Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
· Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
· Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
