Ce que ce poste implique :
En tant que Commis de salle du courrier chez JLL, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le soutien quotidien des services postaux et de messagerie de nos clients. Vous serez responsable du traitement efficace et professionnel du courrier entrant et sortant, des expéditions et du courrier inter-bureaux. Ce poste contribue directement à l'excellence opérationnelle de JLL en assurant une communication fluide et des services de qualité supérieure pour nos clients.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Traiter et distribuer le courrier entrant, les rapports et les fournitures en assurant l'ouverture, le tri et la livraison selon les procédures établies
Gérer le courrier sortant, incluant l'emballage et l'acheminement vers d'autres bureaux clients et affiliés
Tenir les registres du courrier recommandé, port dû/réponse d'affaires, volume d'articles traités et dépenses d'affranchissement
Traiter de manière expéditive les demandes spéciales et le courrier urgent (Fedex, Purolator, Courrier Champion, courrier confidentiel)
Faire fonctionner la machine d'affranchissement haute vitesse, les balances postales et les systèmes de copieur/télécopieur
Soutenir l'équipe des opérations en escortant les fournisseurs sur site et en effectuant l'installation des salles de réunion
Assurer la conformité aux normes de contrôle interne du client et traiter les points d'audit
Qualifications requises :
Expérience démontrée dans le traitement et la distribution du courrier en milieu professionnel
Connaissance des procédures postales et des services de messagerie (Fedex, Purolator, etc.)
Capacité à faire fonctionner l'équipement de salle du courrier (machines d'affranchissement, balances postales)
Souci du détail et capacité à tenir des registres précis
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
Qualifications préférées :
Expérience dans un environnement de services aux entreprises ou immobilier commercial
Connaissance des normes de contrôle interne et de conformité
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à soutenir diverses fonctions opérationnelles
Service à la clientèle orienté vers la qualité et le professionnalisme
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) un atout

Mailroom Clerk – JLL
What this job involves:
As a Mailroom Clerk at JLL, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily postal and courier services for our clients. You will be responsible for the efficient and professional processing of incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and inter-office correspondence. This position directly contributes to JLL's operational excellence by ensuring seamless communication and superior quality services for our clients.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Process and distribute incoming mail, reports, and supplies by opening, sorting, and delivering according to established procedures
Manage outgoing mail, including packaging and routing to other client and affiliate offices
Maintain records of registered mail, postage due/business reply, volume of processed items, and postage expenses
Expedite special requests and urgent mail (Fedex, Purolator, Champion Courier, confidential mail)
Operate high-speed postage machines, postal scales, and copier/fax systems
Support the operations team by escorting vendors on-site and setting up meeting rooms
Ensure compliance with client internal control standards and address audit points
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in mail processing and distribution in a professional environment
Knowledge of postal procedures and courier services (Fedex, Purolator, etc.)
Ability to operate mailroom equipment (postage machines, postal scales)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a corporate services or commercial real estate environment
Knowledge of internal control standards and compliance requirements
Ability to work in a team and support various operational functions
Customer service oriented with focus on quality and professionalism
Bilingualism (French and English) an asset
*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
