Commercial/Industrial Plumber

FM2, Lee Company’s facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians.

Summary of Job:

This position is responsible for performing maintenance for our commercial customers and performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of equipment and plumbing systems while utilizing our technology and great customer service to provide a superior experience for our customers.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Plumbing license a plus
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Technical Skills – has knowledge and ability to diagnose, work with, and repair
• Efficiently use Trade Specific Tools
• Intermediate use of Cable Drain Cleaning
• Intermediate use of Jetting Drain Cleaning Equipment
• Intermediate Electrical
• Intermediate Pump Lift Station Diagnosis/Repairs
• Intermediate Water Heater Diagnosis and Repairs
• Intermediate Plumbing Fixture installation
