Meet the team

You’ll join Dexcom’s APAC Business Development and Strategy team — a collaborative and forward-thinking group focused on driving Dexcom’s growth across Asia Pacific. The team partners closely with regional and local stakeholders to identify new opportunities, define market strategies, and support Dexcom’s expansion in the digital health space. As Manager, APAC Strategy, you’ll play a key role in analyzing markets, supporting strategic planning, and helping bring Dexcom’s long-term business vision to life. You will report to the Director, APAC Business Development and Strategy.

Where you come in

  • You support the development and execution of Dexcom’s APAC strategic initiatives, focusing on market expansion, new business models, and growth opportunities.
  • You conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the region.
  • You help shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • You collaborate with local country teams and cross-functional partners (marketing, commercial, operations, and finance) to align on business priorities and ensure execution success.
  • You support the evaluation and implementation of potential partnerships or collaborations that strengthen Dexcom’s position in key markets.
  • You track project milestones, measure outcomes, and prepare strategic reports for leadership visibility.
  • You contribute to the annual and long-range planning process, ensuring initiatives align with Dexcom’s global growth objectives.
  • You assist in coordinating cross-country strategic projects, helping to ensure timelines, communications, and deliverables stay on track.
  • You may support additional business development and market access activities as part of broader APAC initiatives.

  • You have experience in business strategy, commercial planning, or business development — ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or digital health.
  • You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across different markets.
  • You work effectively in a matrix environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders across countries and functions.
  • You are an excellent communicator who can influence and align teams toward common goals.
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced regional environment.
  • You have prior experience supporting strategic projects across multiple APAC markets or have worked in regional headquarters.

Experience and Education

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
  • 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience.
  • Experience working on regional strategy or partnership initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
