Resposbilities
1. RGM
1.1 Identify category long range pricing position and optimize portfolio price pack architecture
1.2 Build promotional guidelines & guardrails that connect to the strategic objectives of the segment
1.3 Implement actions across customer, channel and pack format mix to improve company profitability
1.4 Extract customer, channel and shopper behaviour insights to unlock value accretive action plans
1.5 Develop and lead 3-5 year category commercial strategic plans for the business unit.
2. Category Finance
2.1 Track and influence financials, market share and shopper metrics performance of select categories
2.2 Prepare inputs and analyze category financial forecast, strategic plan and annual operating plan
2.3 Support innovation business cases to cover competitor benchmarking, profitability and cannibalization.
3.Commercial Category
3.1 Lead the selected business unit strategic projects by managing a cross-functional agile taskforce
3.2 Support in external negotiations to ensure customer, company and shopper needs are fulfilled
3.2 Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Innovation & Marketing to vet customer-facing opportunities
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, economics, business, or equivalent is preferred
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skillset in Excel and PowerPoint
Language: Strong fluency in English
