Job Summary: This position is assigned to the Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Marketing and Communications Branch; Fleet and Family Readiness Support Services, Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Millington, TN. Incumbent is assigned to CNIC Headquarters (HQ) responsible for the total Commercial Sponsorship and Advertising Sales Program for CNIC's Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) organization.
Major Duties:

A qualified candidate possesses the following: Knowledge of CNIC (or similar) organizational structure and mission(s). Knowledge of the fundamental principles and techniques involved in the operational management of a program. Knowledge of and skill in working with a Commercial Sponsorship program. Knowledge of digital platforms. Knowledge of military programs. Skill in organizing and planning events. Skill with digital sales. Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Ability to understand, adhere to, and/or explain complex regulations, instructions and directives as related to Commercial Sponsorship/Advertising and CNIC FFR program management. Ability to develop customized presentations, deliver to, and address groups. Ability to evaluate the adequacy of programs and to make recommendations for improvement or correction. Ability to analyze and prepare clear, concise, and technically sound reports. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing to solicit commercial sponsorship, negotiate agreements, and prepare after-action reports.
