本ポジションは、造影CT検査に使用される 造影剤自動注入装置 CT motion™ の市場展開を推進するセールススペシャリストとして、医療現場のワークフロー効率化、医療資源の最適活用、環境負荷低減を実現するソリューション提案を担います。
CT motion™ は、自動シリンジレス技術により準備工程を削減し、効率的なワークフローを実現する先進的インジェクタです。また、造影剤使用量を最適化し、廃棄量の低減にも貢献する製品です。

Job Description

主な業務内容

• CT motion™ を中心とした造影剤注入ソリューションの提案営業
• 放射線科を中心とした医療機関の課題把握とソリューション提案
• 医療機関の検査ワークフロー改善に向けたコンサルティング活動
• KOL（放射線科医・診療放射線技師など）との関係構築
• 中期営業計画の策定と推進
• CRM・データ分析を活用した市場戦略立案
• 社内関連部門（サービス、マーケティング、RA/QA）との協働によるプロジェクト推進
• 医療資源最適化・環境負荷低減といったテーマを含めた価値訴求（CT motion™ の特徴である造影剤使用量最適化・廃棄削減に基づく）

①    自動シリンジレス技術による効率化
　　•    シリンジ交換作業が不要
　　•    検査準備工程の削減により医療従事者の負担軽減
　　•    放射線科のワークフロー効率向上に寄与
②    造影剤使用量の最適化
　　•    必要量を正確に制御し、廃棄量を低減
　　•    限られた医療資源を有効活用
　　•    医療廃棄物削減を通じて環境負荷軽減（サステナブルラジオロジーに貢献）
③    高い信頼性と操作性
　　•    ドイツ Ulrich 社の高品質インジェクタ
　　•    効率性と持続可能性を両立させる設計

必須要件（MUST）

• 医療機器営業経験 5年以上
• 課題解決型営業の実績
• ITリテラシー（CRM使用、基本的なデータ分析）
• 新製品・新技術の価値を顧客へ論理的に伝える能力

歓迎要件（WANT）

• 放射線科領域（CT/MRI/造影剤/インジェクタ等）での営業経験
• 新製品ローンチ経験
• 英語での読み書き
• 顧客ワークフロー分析ができるコンサルティブスキル
