The Commercial Services team are now looking for a TM to support our brand-new Account Managers in Auckland that provide Best Experience to our Mandarin speaking Trade customers across the Region.

About the role:

The Commercial Services Team are expanding across New Zealand to provide greater support to our Account Managed customers both locally and nationally. As a Customer Service Officer in our new look Commercial Services Team, you will support your local Account Managers in delivering Best Experience through customer support, in depth quoting and order management whilst utilising the latest technologies and tools at your disposal.

This CSO role operates Monday to Friday role and will report directly to your Workflow Coordinator in the Auckland support office.  As a CSO in the CST you will be close to the action in your local store or support office 3 days a week with the ability to work from home for the remaining two days. You will be provided a work laptop to complete your duties in-store and from home.

This unique opportunity will also provide you the opportunity to focus solely on Account Managed customers whilst remaining connected to your community and region as we require your local knowledge. In this role you will get the opportunity to process complex requests such as Windows, Supply & Install, BuildXact connections, Landscape quoting and complex Trade Assist quoting.

What’s involved:

  • Be the point of contact for Account Managed Customers in your local area.

  • Work closely alongside Account Managers with liaising with Trade & Category Specialist, Trade Centres, Trade Assist and various store teams.

  • Work with our CRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customers

  • Listen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base

  • Identify performance issues and coach team members

  • Meet key performance indicators including all process and procedures

You’ll need:

  • Mandarin language skills are highly recommended for success in this role

  • Building / Construction knowledge

  • Strong Admin Skills with attention to detail

  • Resilient with the ability to problem solve

  • To be customer-focused; responsive to customer needs.

  • A strong desire to keep up to date with the latest trends in the whole of house offer and developments in building products and material supply requirements in construction.

  • Strong planning & organising skills

  • Experience quoting via COS
