Job Description:

The Rakuten TV Enterprise mission is to simplify CTV & Streaming to create an open, trustworthy, and thriving industry for our partners. Rakuten TV is a leading streaming platform, available in 42 countries of Europe, which offers premium Hollywood and local content across various types of access: Transactional Video-on-demand (ie buy or rent movies), AVOD (advertising-based on-demand content) or FAST (linear free TV channels with ads). It is available across multiple devices, such as CTV, mobile, web, and Telcos set top boxes.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commercial Services Manager to support essential business functions that contribute to our commercial success under the leadership of the Director of Client Services . This role will assist with streamlining billing processes, help gather and organize product and partnership feedback, and support the management of Salesforce projects and workflows to enhance efficiency and data integrity. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, a curious and fast learner, and a willingness to contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilities

  • Client Billing Coordination: Act as a key point of contact within Commercial Services for billing-related queries, coordinating with stakeholders in Finance for necessary sign-offs and resolutions.

  • Product & Partnership Contribution: Contribute to the efforts of Product, Marketing and Partnerships by collecting and consolidating feedback from commercial teams, helping to develop training materials and workflow details and participating in launch calls as a Commercial Services representative.

  • Business Intelligence Support: Assist with annual agency tracking activities, noting current gaps in business insights and requirements, and support the development of a feedback loop for BI needs from Client Services and Sales.

  • Salesforce Enhancement Support: Assist in improving the functionality of Salesforce and other commercial tools by optimizing their performance to better achieve commercial objectives and providing support for the development and refinement of Advertising Org requirements and features.
