Join our Commercial Services Team whilst working from our Tauriko TC, Tauranga, Mt Maunganui or Rotorua Warehouses plus WFH 2 days per week
About the role:
Our Trade teams provide a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, offering our commercial customers a service, delivering bulk quantities of stock to work sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their project with a ‘whole of build’ solution. We stock a select number of core builders’ lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up.
Everything from timber, insulation, cladding, windows, doors and appliances
As unique as this role is, we also require an exceptional problem solver, who has the potential to make a real genuine difference by putting our team and customers first. Being an inspirational team member who has pragmatic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced role.
What’s involved:
First point of contact with customers - day-to-day sales support of in-bound calls, emails and some face-to-face interactions
Build strong relationships with all Internal stakeholders such as Account Managers and local stores
Listen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base
Support accurate orders for our account management teams
Process Purchase Orders for our Clients
Be the conduit between our customer service teams & order fulfilment sites
Work with our CRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customers
Contribute to a great team culture
Who we're looking for:
Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service as we do and be complimentary to the wider Trade Centre team. You will have previous experience in a customer centric role, have strong communication skills – both written and verbal and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
This role is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys a variety and wants to part of not only the business success, but success of customer projects.
You’ll need:
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Strong planning & organisational skills
Have confidence in influencing internal and external stakeholders
Ability to prioritise tasks & manage time effectively
Attention to detail
A proactive approach and willingness to learn (processes and systems)
Building knowledge or experience would be advantageous
