MMB Commercial Segment Program Manager Europe M/F
ideally based in the Milan office.

The MMB Commercial Segment (CS) focuses on small and mid-sized employers and is a strategic growth area for MMB. The CS Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various projects and workstreams related to this client segment in Europe and takes direct ownership for critical projects. It is therefore a highly visible role that allows to make a meaningful impact on the success of our business. The role reports to the regional segment growth leader and works closely with the countries and other senior stakeholders across the region.
We will rely on you to :
Participate in the strategic planning process, supporting the development and documentation of plans at regional and local levels.
Support the execution on our priorities by capturing & following up on agreed actions and ensuring general project management.
Coordinate and take direct responsibility for key multi-country projects.
Help organize and run regular meetings and country workshops to drive alignment and execution; drive agendas, prepare materials and document outcomes.
Prepare and present status reports on progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Collect, maintain, and analyze relevant financial and key metrics critical for strategy and decision making, collaborating with finance, operations, and other stakeholders.
Collect and document best practices by working with country teams and other regions, and ensure effective sharing.
What you need to have :
At least 3-5 years in program or project management, or executive support roles in a corporate matrix environment.
Proven experience in managing complex projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to develop, track and report on project plans, timelines and deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to prepare and present clear, concise status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Analytical and financial acumen: strong analytics skills with the ability to collect, maintain and analyse financial and key performance metrics.
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Comfortable with ambiguity and proven ability to create clarity.
Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Experience in the insurance industry or employee benefits is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field
