Job Description:
Cambria is looking for a talented candidate with an interest in our Commercial Nerve Center which is dedicated to lead generation, research, data analysis and sales support. You will partner with teams from Commercial and Corporate Sales, Business Transformation, Sales Operations and Business Partner Services to support Cambria in identifying and assigning commercial leads to our commercial sales team to grow and develop this key business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Leverage Salesforce CRM and other data sources for lead generation, market insights and reporting
Provide support and research across multiple business functions including Commercial & Corporate Sales
Research, document and communicate status including follow up on sales leads
Assist in data reporting and analysis through Salesforce
Suggest and implement process improvements and efficiencies
Provide excellent customer service and support to the external customers & Cambria colleagues
Lead special projects to final completion as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience: 1-3 years of Sales Support or Customer Service Experience
Systems: Google Suite experience or Microsoft Office, Salesforce or other CRM related systems preferred

Managerial Requirements: N/A
Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples). May need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required to other Cambria locations
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $58,000 - $71,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
