The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing on HHAeXchange product implementations with the goal of driving client engagement and ensuring customer success. This position will serve as our customers' primary contact, trusted advisor, and senior resource throughout their implementation process.
This role follows HHAeXchange’s hybrid work model, with an expectation to report to an HHAeXchange office if located within commuting distance of the NYC or Minneapolis Metro office locations (typically 3 days/week).
