iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Commercial Project Coordinator VIE within our Marketing team, you will play an active and visible role within the Global Dermatology New Indications Team, supporting the execution of strategic priorities, driving innovative digital initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination across markets and global cross-functional partners. Main responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end digital projects from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Digital & Data).
  • Contribute to the implementation of digital strategies aimed at optimizing Share of Voice (SOV) and enhancing customer impact across key channels.
  • Collaborate with Indication Leads and local markets to support the cascade of global strategies and gather field insights that inform global planning.
  • Consolidate inputs and deliverables from multiple teams across geographies, ensuring quality control and timely submission of materials.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and executive materials on projects, milestones, and strategic outcomes for leadership reviews.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling presentations, materials, and communication assets for key events.
  • Manage pre- and post-event activities including briefing materials, follow-up actions, and insights capture.

About you

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting, or marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination or commercial/brand management.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional, matrix environments.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to create executive-level presentations. Strong Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and brand planning processes.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across different functions and geographies.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Genuine passion for pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and dermatology.
  • Intellectually curious with strong business acumen.
  • Rigorous, structured, and deadline-driven. Cultural sensitivity and ability to thrive in international teams.

Education:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
