This is a sales operations role that work closely with our Customer Teams and Sales organization in the United States. The role leads work on processes for the top US customers such as Customer Invoice Validation and Proof of Performance and Proof of Alignment for Trade Funds management, pricing maintenance, new item set up, contract creation. Working very closely with our US counterparts, acting as the specialist to the designated category/customer. Daily communication in English is required (conference calls, meetings, emails). Lead, implement, audit and conduct troubleshooting against areas of ownership, to identify and correct malfunctions, escalating issues as necessary. Maintain regular communication with the business, providing updates on the progress on priorities, incidents, and requests. These are transition roles that will require creation of documentation, KPIs, scorecards and others that currently do not exist.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Experienced in people management.
  • Advanced level English. C1-C2 (Proficient User). 
  • This role requires daily interactions with US Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently within a team fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Attention to detail, this role requires a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
  • Ability to affect projects, work processes, and drive standardization.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skill. Able to manage complex report, pivot tables, formulas.
  • Advanced knowledge of data retrieval and manipulation processes, e.g. Knime & Power-BI (preferred)
  • Tracks/checks accuracy and reasonableness of numbers.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Automation and development, utilizing tools to streamline processes.
  • Data-driven approach for trend analysis, utilizing analytics to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative capabilities.
