Your new team
This position sits in our Pernod Ricard UK (PRUK) business. As a Commercial Operations Executive, you will be part of our Commercial Operations team, which was created to drive the efficiency, effectiveness and capacity of the Commercial team, as an enabler to meet our ambitious growth targets. We are a small team of 3 people on a bold and exciting sales technology transformation journey, working closely with the wider Commercial and Tech/IT teams to deliver it.
Your unique contribution
You will have 4 main areas of responsibility:
Field Sales Tools & Systems: own, maintain, develop and continually improve our Field Sales systems including: Convivio (SFA), Salesforce, D-STAR (AI recommendations), BI reporting and BrandStream (brand assets)
Field Sales KPI Setting & Reporting: lead the annual Field Sales & Prestige KPI setting in line with Company and Brand Strategy, including set-up in the various Field Sales systems. Own the maintenance and development of Field Sales & Prestige KPI reporting, delivering a monthly KPI report that includes actionable insights to address performance challenges. Continually review current ways of working and implement new ones to empower the Field Sales & Prestige teams to become more self-sufficient with managing their own KPIs.
On Trade Data Steward: act as day-to-day lead for On Trade data sources including CGA RISE and On Trade wholesaler volume data. Lead the capture, investigation and resolution of data issues. And define processes and standards to improve data quality.
Supporting Sales Transformation Projects: support existing and future Sales Transformation projects
Who you’ll be working with
Internally, your main stakeholders will be your team members within Commercial Operations (Commercial Operations Manager, Commercial Operations Controller), your colleagues in the wider Commercial team (Field Sales & Prestige Controllers, Field Sales Managers and Field Sales/Prestige Account Executives) and Customer/Brand marketeers.
Externally, your key contacts will be the Global Tech team including Convivio (SFA), Salesforce, D-STAR (AI recommendations) and Acceler8tr (BI reporting); as well as 3rd party On Trade data providers including CGA and On Trade wholesalers including C&C, Venus, Morton’s, HB Clark, etc.
