Investigating and resolving pricing discrepancies so customer orders can be invoiced without delay
Responding to pricing and commercial queries from both internal stakeholders and external customers
Maintaining and updating pricing information across commercial systems and SAP
Supporting contract transitions and account changes, acting as a key contact for sales teams and customers
Assisting with the coordination and submission of tenders, ensuring deadlines, governance, and audit requirements are met
Keeping commercial databases clean, accurate, and fully auditable by archiving expired or inactive agreements
Acting as a quality checkpoint for UK pricing requests, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines
Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial leadership to resolve issues efficiently
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and ways of working within the commercial function
Supporting ad‑hoc projects that contribute to the wider commercial strategy
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong administrative capability with commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail.
Essential:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Confidence working with large datasets and pricing information
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and pride in producing quality work
Desirable:
Experience in a commercial, pricing, contracts, or tender environment
Familiarity with Business Objects, Power BI, or reporting tools
Experience supporting sales or account teams in a regulated or fast‑paced organisation
What makes you successful in this role
You’re methodical, organised, and naturally detail‑focused
You’re comfortable working independently but thrive as part of a team
You stay calm under pressure and handle complexity with confidence
You’re proactive, dependable, and always looking for smarter ways to work
You communicate clearly and build trust with a wide range of stakeholders
Why join us?
You’ll be part of a business‑critical team whose work directly supports sales success and customer trust.
