About the role...
We’re looking for a Commercial Marketing Executive to help drive growth through impactful, integrated marketing campaigns. With a strong focus on new site openings and refurbishments, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to execution.
Working closely with teams across the business, as well as external media and creative agencies, you’ll help deliver high-quality campaigns that engage customers and support commercial performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on collaboration, and wants to develop their marketing skills across a broad mix of activity.
What you’ll be doing...
Supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, particularly for new site openings and refurbishments
Assisting with multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and social media
Working with internal creative and brand teams to develop engaging campaign assets
Coordinating local marketing activity, including events and community engagement initiatives
Monitoring campaign performance and helping turn data into actionable insights
Supporting reporting and sharing performance updates with key stakeholders
Keeping up to date with competitor activity and industry trends
Tracking marketing spend and ensuring budgets are accurately managed
About You...
You have experience in a marketing or operational role and are keen to grow your skills
You understand the basics of marketing and are excited to learn more across different channels
You’re comfortable working with data and can draw simple insights from reports
You’re an excellent communicator who enjoys working with different teams
You’re organised and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
You’re a creative thinker who can approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset
Experience working with media agencies or in a multi-site or subscription-based business is a bonus, but not essential
