The Opportunity
As part of the Sales and Marketing team you are expected to lead marketing strategy and operations to accelerate PwC's growth. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction, leading business development efforts, and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role involves managing marketing budgets, developing executive-level messaging, and leveraging data-driven insights.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 8 years of sales, marketing or PwC experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration/Management, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric preferred
- Demonstrating thought leader-level knowledge in marketing strategy and operations
- Influencing the operational elements of data-driven marketing departments
- Leading strategic marketing multi tactic planning cycles
- Managing annual program budget allocation strategy
- Managing and making decisions regarding marketing department staffing
- Establishing and maintaining a centralized strategy for operational efficiencies
- Navigating a matrix organization collaborating with various departments
- Developing executive level and team level messaging/collateral

For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
