Partner with the best

As Commercial Manager - Pump Water Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the end-to-end commercial process, from customer inquiry to order confirmation.

  • Prepare and coordinate commercial offers, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and technical feasibility.

  • Drive negotiations, providing accurate and timely documentation.

  • Maintain and update CRM/DM systems, tracking opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and commercial policies.

  • Act as a liaison between product leadership, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.

  • Experience in sales operations, order management, or technical-commercial roles.

  • Familiarity with rotating equipment and industrial products is a plus.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Availability to travel to attend Customer meetings/events useful to close deals/negotiations
