Join us as our Commercial Manager (Ears, Nose & Throat) and lead the commercial growth of our market leading ENT portfolio across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, influence senior healthcare stakeholders and drive sustainable growth across a high potential region. Based in Sweden or Denmark, you will take ownership of a diverse, innovative portfolio and play a pivotal role in strengthening our partnerships with hospitals, clinicians and procurement bodies.

What will you be doing?

You will be the driving force behind our Ears, Nose & Throat (ENT) commercial performance in the Nordics. Your journey starts with leading and developing our direct sales team in Sweden and Denmark, while guiding and elevating distributor performance in Norway and Finland. Every day brings the opportunity to engage with senior clinical and procurement leaders, shape strategic account plans and ensure our technologies become the standard of care across key hospitals.

You will combine field presence with strategic planning, ensuring robust forecasting, disciplined pipeline governance and strong financial management. Working closely with Marketing, Medical Education, Supply Chain, Finance and Regulatory teams, you will bring global strategy to life in the Nordic region. Through structured evaluations, clinical evidence and compelling value messaging, you will secure long term partnerships that enhance outcomes for both patients and health systems.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role comes through strategic thinking, leadership clarity and a passion for delivering results across a multi country environment. You will inspire teams, elevate distributor capability and confidently navigate complex healthcare systems while keeping customer needs at the centre of every decision.

To thrive, you will bring:

  • Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals sales, with proven success managing distributors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in pricing strategy, tender management and margin optimisation.
  • Confidence interpreting clinical and economic evidence to communicate value to senior stakeholders.
  • A structured, resilient and outcome focused approach, enabling you to deliver profitable growth across diverse markets.
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English. 

 

Travel Requirements: >75% within your patch.
