The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive regional strategy and team performance across BENELUX, Austria and Switzerland. As Commercial Manager, you will oversee commercial execution, develop customer partnerships and manage a team of 4 people, including Account Managers and Sales Executives. This Belgium‑based role requires frequent field engagement (70% travel across the region).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead revenue, forecasting and profitability performance for the region

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of 4 commercial professionals

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand share of wallet with existing customers

  • Support complex contract negotiations, including pricing and profitability strategies

  • Build strong senior‑level relationships, including KOL engagement

  • Represent Abbott Molecular with key industry and regulatory stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in business, marketing, scientific or technical field

  • Significant experience in the diagnostics industry

  • Proven people management experience in a commercial setting

  • Strong relationship‑building and solution‑selling skills

  • Fluency in French and English; good level of Dutch and/or German is an asset

  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 70%)
