Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Commercial Lines Support Associate provides high‑level administrative and technical support to the Small Business Unit management within One Digital. This role is responsible for accurate data entry and maintenance in the Applied Epic agency management system, ensuring timely and efficient processing of new business, renewals, and policy changes.

Operating under OneDigital’s “People First” values, the CSA contributes to a collaborative, client‑centric environment that enhances our ability to deliver outstanding commercial insurance solutions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business & Sales Support

  • Assist CRMs and Risk Advisors in all stages of the new business process, including gathering underwriting information, preparing applications, compiling submission materials, and coordinating marketing with carrier partners.

Client & Internal Service Support

  • Serve as a remote liaison to internal teams, clients, and carrier partners, ensuring timely communication and a superior client experience.
  • Process service-related transactions (certificates, endorsements, claims, cancellations, bonds, etc.) with accuracy, professionalism, and detailed documentation in Applied Epic.
  • Respond to client and CRM inquiries by gathering information, preparing schedules, assisting with audits, and providing summaries of insurance or policy data as needed.
  • Maintain clear digital communication flow to keep team members informed and aligned on client and sales activities.
  • Maintain organized digital records and follow internal workflows that support virtual communication, productivity, and transparency.
  • Demonstrate strong time management, prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Professional Growth & Collaboration

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and new insurance products to support effective sales and client service.
  • Participate in continuous training, professional development, and technology learning to enhance performance.
  • Offer insights on process improvements and contribute positively to a remote team culture.

Qualifications & Work Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, insurance, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a commercial insurance agency, data entry or sales support role preferred
  • P & C Commercial insurance coverage knowledge is helpful
  • Familiarity with agency management systems – Applied Epic experience preferred.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
