We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our growing team in St. Petersburg, Florida.
The Client Services Representative provides support to Producer and Account Manager in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing commercial lines accounts by performing the following duties.
How You Will Contribute:
Assists Account Manager in obtaining information from the client for new and renewal policies, updates applications and policy detail.
Rates, quotes, and issues policies as required.
Reviews new and renewal policies for accuracy for delivery to the insured and updates detail in computer.
Reviews and invoices endorsements for accuracy and sends to the insured
Prepares change requests to the company requesting policy changes, and updates AMS360 & Imageright accordingly
Keeps suspense (activity) items current.
Prepares proposals for renewal on smaller accounts
Issues Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID cards, as needed.
Issues Summaries of Insurance.
Prepares Invoices.
Enters policy detail on accounts not yet entered.
Processes mail
Prepares accounts for market accounts per instructions from Account Manager or Producer.
Keeps abreast of industry changes and trends.
Talks with customers by phone or in person inside agency office.
Undertakes additional responsibilities as required in the Account Manager’s absence (telephone calls, producer calls, client requests, etc.)
Orders MVRs
Participates in seminars and classes for knowledge and skill development.
All other duties as assigned
Order loss runs and completely loss run charts when needed
Skills and Experience to be Successful:
Willing to obtain 4-40 Insurance license within 90 days.
Strong team member who proactively assists all other members of this team.
Ability to maintain a professional manner at all times.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
Advanced time management and organization skills
Strong technical insurance knowledge and background. Preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills under stressful situations. Preferred
