Commercial Lease Analyst

Four Stars Finance (a D&M Company) is seeking a Commercial Lease Analyst to manage the end-to-end process of commercial financing, including relationship building, underwriting, contracting, funding, and post-funding support. This role requires strong commercial equipment finance industry knowledge, analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to collaborate effectively with lenders as well as sales teams, and to ensure accurate and timely execution of deals.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
•Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners, sales staff, and internal teams.
•Develop proficiency in each lender’s program from submission through funding.
Underwriting
•Support Fleet Account Sales Managers in underwriting commercial leasing credit requests for new and existing clients across the U.S.
•Analyze personal and business credit profiles, including guarantors and co-borrowers.
•Review and interpret financial statements for government and commercial customers; perform trend analysis and assess repayment capacity.
•Spread financial statements and prepare opportunity memos/write-ups for lender presentation.
•Verify customer good standing, officers, authorized signers, and ownership.
•Rehash deals with lenders and structures leasing solutions.

Contracting
•Prepare and review contracts with high accuracy.
•Provide quality control support for team members’ contracts.
Funding
•Submit completed funding packages to lenders accurately and efficiently.
•Ensure quick funding turnaround times and monitor contracts in transit.
•Support team members with quality control on funding documentation.
•Follow up on funding items needed from fleet managers/sales agents.

Process Improvement
•Recommend changes to processes to achieve greater efficiency.
•Continuously identify and implement improvements to internal procedures, including: 
oProduction reporting.
oQuoting and printing systems.
oFunding procedures.
oLender procedures.


Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
•Minimum of 3–5 years in a commercial equipment finance or underwriting role.
•High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
•Strong knowledge of commercial lending and lease finance products.
•Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to assess financial statements, cash flow, industry trends, and projections.
•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
•Professional appearance and reliable work ethic.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000
This role will be onsite in our Fort Worth office M-F
