ZURU's beauty vertical has built a portfolio from incubation to nearly half a billion dollars in retail sales across the world’s biggest retailers. The ambition now is to turn them into legacy brands that dominate their respective categories, while continuing to expand into new categories and markets as we build towards $1 billion.
This role is central to making that happen. You will own the execution of the commercial plan across supply, product and financials for our Beauty business, driving performance across global markets and distribution partners.
Operating in a business with faster decision-making, fewer layers and real ownership, you will be empowered to move quickly, act on opportunities and drive impact without the constraints of traditional FMCG structures.
The expectation is not delivery to plan. It is to exceed it by identifying opportunities and closing gaps before they slow momentum. You will play a core role in pricing and trade strategy, global demand planning, JBPs and retailer negotiations. Every decision grounded in data. Reporting to the Commercial Director for Beauty & Pet, you will operate with full ownership and the accountability that comes with it. This is a global business scaling fast with real complexity.
