Commercial HVAC Technician II

We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Technician (HVAC Technician II) to join our team at one of our Pharmacy Rx Fulfillment Centers. This is an on-site, third‑shift role where you will help keep the building, equipment, and systems running safely and smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and installations for building systems and equipment
• Work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, generators, and refrigeration systems
• Complete preventive maintenance to help equipment run longer and safely
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and company guidelines
• Complete work orders and maintenance records on time
• Respond quickly to emergencies and call for help when needed
• Escort outside vendors while they work onsite
• Handle maintenance requests from the site operations team
• Use basic skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work
• Build good working relationships with coworkers
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work onsite only (this role cannot be remote)
• Strong focus on personal safety and the safety of others
• Ability to read and understand manuals and basic drawings
• Willing to complete OSHA 10 training within 6 months of hire
• Comfortable using basic computer programs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Schedule: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
• On-call as needed
• Work at one location

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
