Commercial HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. If you’re ready for a change and a great opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Check and fix building systems to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Work with building automation systems to monitor and adjust performance.

  • Help manage outside contractors when needed.

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.

  • Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and keep track of inventory.

  • Follow a preventive maintenance plan to keep equipment in good shape.

  • Respond quickly to emergencies and call for extra help if needed.

  • Handle general building repairs like painting, plumbing, and electrical work.

  • Communicate well with the team and build strong working relationships.

  • Train and mentor other team members.

  • Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines.

  • Troubleshoot complex systems and controls.

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or technical school certificate (or equivalent experience).

  • Universal CFC certification (preferred)

  • 5+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience.

  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and documents.

  • Must complete OSHA 10 training within 6 months of hire.

  • Strong communication skills and basic financial knowledge.

  • Commitment to safety for yourself and others.

Schedule:

  • Schedule: (9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday)

  • On-call as needed


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 33 - 56 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
