We are seeking a hybrid role that blends the analytical skills of a marketing analyst with the strategic mindset of a growth marketing. As a Marketing Analyst & Growth Marketer on our North America SMB and Mid-market commercial marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing our marketing strategies through experimentation, and accelerating business growth. By combining data-driven insights with strategic growth marketing, this role will be instrumental in driving business growth and achieving marketing objectives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies and paid digital channels with 7 years of experience on relevant areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights
Collect and Analyze Data from various sources (web analytics, email marketing, social, paid advertising, marketing automation platforms & CRM) to identity trends, insights and opportunities for growth
Utilize statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
Leverage historical data to forecast future trends and customer behavior
Campaign Optimization & Experimentation
Design and execute A/B tests to drive acquisition, improve customer experience and in return drive campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, develop solutions and run experiments across owned, earned and paid channels
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new ad creative
Make data-backed recommendations to optimize spend and improve campaign efficiency.
Segmentation & Personalization
Use data to segment customers and personalize marketing campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to implement personalization across campaigns including website experiences, email, chat and advertising
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Collaborate with the insights team, identifying segment specific trends, opportunities, and potential threats
Analyzing competitors' marketing strategies and tactics
Gathering and analyzing customer insights to inform marketing strategies
Measurement and Reporting
Collaborate with data science to develop and implement B2B measurement models
Create dashboards & reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders
Present results, learnings, and recommendations based on program and campaign performance
Report on the effectiveness of growth experiments and campaigns, iterating based on insights and data.
Review funnel metrics, identify gaps, and forecast future performance
The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
