Commercial Finance Specialist (m/f/d)

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Key responsibilities:

• Analytical Support – Provides data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting and business‑case inputs based on Salesforce and internal tools.
• Sales Partnership – Collaborates closely with Sales to uncover growth opportunities, customer patterns, and market insights.
• Dashboard Development – Builds, enhances, and maintains clear and reliable dashboards and reports.
• Data Quality – Collects, cleans, structures, and validates data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Insight Generation – Identifies patterns, anomalies, and trends that support informed operational and strategic decisions.
• Pipeline & Forecast Alignment – Contributes to pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and strong alignment between Sales and Finance.
• Ad‑hoc Analysis – Delivers tailored analyses for leadership and commercial stakeholders to support quick, data‑driven decisions.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partners with multiple teams to advance initiatives that strengthen performance and revenue growth.

We expect:

• Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data science, statistics, computer science or a related field.
• Professional Experience – Initial experience in data analytics, reporting or another analytical environment.
• Communication Skills – Strong English communication abilities, both written and spoken.
• Excel Proficiency – Confident use of pivot tables, lookups and advanced Excel functions.
• BI Tools – Practical experience with Power BI or a comparable business intelligence tool.
• CRM Knowledge – Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM platform is beneficial.
• Data Handling – Comfortable working with large datasets from multiple internal or external sources, supported by basic SQL knowledge.
• Commercial Understanding – Awareness of financial metrics, revenue drivers and commercial KPIs to support informed decision‑making.
