Join our Commercial Finance team and help drive growth and profitability across Ecolab’s Europe Healthcare business. You’ll partner with key stakeholders, deliver impactful financial insights, and lead initiatives that support smarter, faster decision‑making.
How you’ll make an impact:
Provide commercial finance support to sales, finance and functions Europe Healthcare business
Lead initiatives to improve market growth and profitability: Revenue and innovation growth, pricing tracking, gross margin improvement actions and management reporting
Communicate and influence across business partners
Drive special projects, process improvement and analysis for wider division as required (especially in the area of commercial finance)
Qualifications:
Ability to think out of the box and internal drive to challenge status quo in a professional and constructive manner

Ability to work cross functionally, driving understanding of financial decisions and impacts with non-finance stakeholders
Work experience in commercial finance, forecasting, planning, or financial management reporting in a multinational company
Understanding of the business decisions effect on financial performance and accounting processes
Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in Finance, an accounting certification in progress or completed would be a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis
English fluency mandatory and strong communication skills.
