Key Responsibilities:
Prepare data for tradex post promo evaluation, from Blueshift, B2B and related data sources.
Prepare data for marketing post activities.
Check claim administration completeness and support backlog in completeness.
Qualifications:
Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate (maximum 1 year after graduation) from Accounting.
Comfortable working with data; able to prepare, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables); familiarity with data systems or reporting tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to check documentation completeness and ensure data accuracy.
Good analytical thinking and willingness to learn data analysis and reporting processes.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Exhibits good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and responsible.
