We are now seeking a Commercial & Finance Analyst. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement within the following areas:
Commercial & Tender Support
· Support pricing strategy and tender/quote submissions.
· Review commercial terms (payment terms, warranties, etc.) for profitability.
· Identify upsell opportunities.
· Provide financial insights for customer proposals, without managing MSA or service execution.
Tax & Compliance
· Prepare and submit local Turkish tax reports.
· Manage e-Fatura and SAP invoicing.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate financial policies.
· Support internal/external audits.
Customer & Stakeholder Interface (Commercial Only)
· Attend customer meetings on commercial or financial topics only.
· Support resolution of billing or commercial disputes.
· Strengthen financial credibility and business insight with clients.
Reporting & Analytics
· Responsible for preparing pre-invoicing documentation (proforma invoices and calculation sheets)
. Maintain dashboards for revenue, margin, tender success, and cash collection
· Identify margin leakage and improvement opportunities.
· Provide KPI-driven insights for management decisions.
Key Skills
· Financial analysis & P&L ownership
· Tender (Quote) pricing & contract commercial review
· SAP & e-Fatura invoicing expertise
· Knowledge of Turkish tax regulations
· Strong client communication & negotiation skills
· Preferably oil & gas / industrial service experience
. Native-level Turkish with strong English skills required
