Business Analyst/ Commercial Finance Analyst (m/w/d)
Tasks:
- Preparation of monthly and adhoc reports and analysis for finance and sales department within deadlines
- Creating/maintaining Power BI reports
- Ensure consistent, high-quality data,
- Support the local teams to increase the usage of business intelligence tools
- Supporting/training the stakeholders for the preparation of the customer budget/forecast by using the common tool
- Testing, implementation and development of statistical models for the customer budget and forecast tool
- Manage and follow-up on projects
- Manage stakeholders´ expectations, and cooperation with the other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT etc.)
Requirements:
- Preferably University degree in Business Administration/Economics or equivalent
- Preferably 1-3 years controlling, sales controlling, business analyst or in similar functions
- Good level of Power BI and MS Office-Excel knowledge, willing to work with different IT systems, tools and able to manage to big size of data.
- Team player, excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proactive, strategic and analytical mind set, result-oriented, accountable, and challenging with strong problem-solving skills
