Iron Mountain is seeking a highly analytical Commercial Excellence Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into intelligence and providing commercial insights to assist the India business in making effective decisions. You will utilize best-in-class analytics tools to design, implement, and maintain sales reporting that drives overall business performance.
Our team works closely with global and regional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between sales strategies and broader business objectives.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Drive Data Intelligence and Reporting: Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Utilize analytics to inform customer segmentation, territory design, and sales target allocation while driving the execution of the India planning calendar.
Manage Automation and Data Governance: Implement technical solutions to automate manual processes and oversee the Customer Master Database to ensure high data quality, robust governance, and accurate Master Data Management (MDM).
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 4 years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, or business transformation.
Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.
Proven ability in quantitative data analysis and leading by influence across cross-functional, matrixed organizations to solve complex tactical challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
