Support the Greater Asia Commercial Excellence (ComEx) team by consolidating and clearly communicating our value to Sales and Marketing. This role enables ComEx to maintain a strong intranet presence, deliver clean recurring communications, coordinate project workflows, and develop practical learning content and programs.
Job Description
1. ComEx Intranet / Site Management
- Build and maintain ComEx intranet pages with clear explanations of the ComEx function and its offerings.
- Set up structured, intuitive page navigation to help users find what they need quickly.
- Publish updates, FAQs, and new content, ensuring information stays current.
- Track usage patterns to understand what lands well and identify improvement opportunities.
2. ComEx Communications & Digest Creation
- Produce short, action‑oriented ComEx digests using a consistent, agreed format.
- Coordinate inputs from the ComEx team, country leads, and BU stakeholders.
- Manage the communications calendar, handle scheduling, and track basic engagement metrics.
3. Learning Content Development (C2C LMS)
- Create simple, visual, scenario‑based micro‑learning modules using Articulate.
- Develop job aids, templates, and practical learning materials that simplify complex ComEx frameworks.
- Set up ComEx learning paths/programs on C2C by packaging modules into coherent learning journeys.
- Track completions and performance insights to understand learning impact.
4. Project Coordination & Workflow Management
- Drive project timelines, reviews, and coordination for content drops, campaigns, and enablement initiatives.
- Gather inputs, follow up with stakeholders, log decisions, track risks, and ensure momentum.
- Collaborate closely with country ComEx teams and regional stakeholders to maintain alignment.
5. Simplification of ComEx Frameworks
- Translate complex ComEx standards and operating models into plain language.
- Create clear one‑pagers, templates, tools, and FAQs to help field teams know:
- What’s changing
- Why it matters
- What they need to do next
