About the Role


We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Analyst who will serve as the primary Data Owner for Incentives and Territory Alignment for the Central America & Caribbean (CAC) Cluster. This is a highly critical, detail‑oriented operational role focused on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across incentive calculations and commercial structure databases.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end‑to‑end sales incentive calculations, including:

  • Managing and consolidating sales and market data sources
  • Calculating incentive targets, quotas, and objectives
  • Applying incentive curves and achievement logic
  • Preparing and validating incentive payment files
  • Perform incentive simulations, validations, and reconciliation processes
  • Apply rigorous data quality controls and traceability checks.
  • Document calculation logic, assumptions, and data flows for transparency and auditability.

Maintain territory alignment databases, including:

  • Territory structures and hierarchies
  • Brick‑to‑representative assignments
  • Data consistency across all reporting layers
  • Collaborate regularly with Sales Force and internal stakeholders to resolve incentive and territory inquiries.

Required Skills & Profile

  • Advance English
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience handling large datasets and complex calculations.
  • Reliable, structured, and quality‑driven work style.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Incentive Management
