Key responsibilities

  • Develop the Company's commercial strategy in accordance with the portfolio strategy and financial goals of the Company, in cooperation with other departments and functions.

  • Drive implementation of the commercial strategy through commercial partnership deals, contractual process management, effective cooperation with partners (distributors, pharmacy chains and other commercial partners) within the framework of the Company's policies, legislation, business ethics and principles of fair competition.

  • Ensure the availability of the Company's products in the market through interaction with the participants of segments and distribution channels, optimize existing distribution channels, develop the new ones.

  • Support Company new products launches, maximize their availability for patients through effective distribution development, optimal pricing and access strategies.

  • Develop and ensure the implementation of pricing strategies for the Company's products, analyze and jointly with other divisions of the Company determine the optimal prices for the Company's products to ensure their competitiveness, fair market value and achievement of the Company's financial indicators.

  • Participate in the preparation of long-term and short-term sales forecasts and estimates for each product; manage the implementation of approved plans.

  • Develop relationship with the Company commercial partners through regular interactions and partners’ engagement in the relevant Company's events, trainings, meeting cycles, etc. to ensure the Company's active involvement in business development. Drive effective account management.

  • Involve other divisions of the Company in the development of a strategy and a plan for its implementation. Effectively interact with colleagues from other departments to achieve the tasks set.

  • Ensure commercial results reporting timely availability. Drive results analysis discussions and act on conclusions to ensure financial results maximization and plans achievement.

  • Plan and allocate the Company's resources in order to effectively invest in the Company portfolio growth.

  • Form strong image and business reputation of the Company as a commercial partner.

  • Ensure the development, implementation and execution of the Company's policies and procedures in the field of commercial operations, pricing and market access of the Company's products. Lead the work of department and subordinates during audits, ensure timely and complete provision of information regarding the Company's activities in the area of responsibility and grant of authority.

  • Manage the team: develop, motivate, evaluate the work of employees; set priorities in work; bring and retain core competencies, drive team development, ensure adherence to the Company values and ethical principles.

  • As a leadership team member, participate in the Company strategy development, operations management, various initiatives and projects to grow organizational effectiveness and employees’ engagement.

 

Requirements

  • Higher education in management, economics, marketing or finance;

  • Work experience in the field of commercial operations, and/or marketing, and/or field force management for at least 7 years. Management experience, team building for at least 5 years;

  • English: Advanced;

  • Strong people management skills;

  • Key and strategic account management, commercial partnerships management, strong negotiation skills, commercial mindset and financial acumen;

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals distribution segments and channels, understanding how they function, knowledge of key market and channel participants and distribution development trends;

  • Strategic thinking, strategic and tactical planning skills;

  • Strong presentation and effective communication skills;

  • Project management skills, the ability to organize, prioritize and manage numerous and diverse projects;

  • Skills of cross-functional interaction and organization of work of various divisions / employees of the Company's divisions around one task;

  • Knowledge of commercial contracting governance and principles, including international trade principles;

  • Knowledge of legislation governing commercial operations, pharmaceutical products sales distribution, including and not limited to antimonopoly legislation, public procurement regulations.
