Lead the commercial strategy for Pernod Ricard NZ | Director Level | Reporting to Managing Director, Pacific | Auckland, NZ Location
Your unique contribution
As Commercial Director for Pernod Ricard NZ you will be responsible for delivering top and bottom-line profit for our brands in the NZ domestic market, setting the strategic vision, executing brand strategies and leading the NZ Sales team.
Reporting to the Managing Director for the Pacific Business, you will be based in Auckland and be a member of the Pernod Ricard Pacific Executive team, contributing both as functional director and working collaboratively to deliver Pernod Ricard Pacific strategic and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
Business Planning and Management
Develop, implement, and lead the 3-year sales strategy for PRNZ
Manage budget for commercial New Zealand group
Take responsibility for achieving the sales department P&L
Leadership
Lead commercial team of 24, and continue to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition and development
Mentor and motivate the team to deliver on KPIs and sales objectives.
Promote and lead a culture of conviviality, inclusion, and safe work environment for people to thrive.
Management of field operations
Lead and support sales cycle with post -sales cycle review and debrief.
Build mutually beneficial business relationships both internally across PR and externally with key clients
Visit all states on a regular basis to liaise with local teams and the relevant customers.
Strive for continuous improvement and implement new ways of working
