About the Role:

Alcoa is seeking an ambitious and driven Commercial Transformation Specialist to join a small, high‑impact team leading the digital transformation of our Procurement function. In this role, you will contribute to and lead initiatives that bring Alcoa’s Procurement Digital Roadmap to life. Your work will span system implementations, supplier enablement, continuous improvement activities, and ongoing operational support. You’ll collaborate closely with global stakeholders across Procurement, IT, and Supply Chain while working with leading enterprise platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, DocuSign, FourKites, and others.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the digital transformation of Procurement:
    • by analyzing processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
    • Contribute to large global transformation programs and lead smaller initiatives end‑to‑end
    • Design and implement changes in Procurement systems in close partnership with IT
    • Support supplier enablement and drive strong user adoption of digital Procurement tools
    • Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and communications for global audiences
    • Facilitate virtual workshops and engage stakeholders across regions and time zones
    • L1 and L2 Support of SaaS solutions – including low coding developments
    • Working with solution providers fixing highly complex problems
  • Support Alcoa's Responsible Sourcing Framework and Supplier Sustainability Program:
    • manage and validate supplier sustainability data (e.g. EcoVadis)
    • Prepare inputs for power BI reporting and provide insights on sustainability, human right, and ethics risks
    • Support program management activities and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation and/or Sustainability
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, solution‑oriented mindset
  • Solid project management capabilities with experience delivering change
  • Exposure to procurement systems and data/reporting tools
  • Confidence working in a global, virtual environment
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
