We are currently on the lookout for an Commercial CSR to administratively support the Commercial processes in the broadest sense of the word, and process/complete daily transactional requirements linked to each unit receipted into the business.

This is an onsite role in our Marston Green facility – this is not hybrid or WFH.

What you will do:

• Reviewing of customer purchase orders
• SAP Data Entry
• Contract Review execution
• OTD Management and Exchanges
• Generation of customer Pricing and Quotation
• Invoicing of customer orders
• Administrative transactions relating to the above activities
• Resolution of queries relating to the above activities
• Credit and Debit Notes where required.

Qualifications we prefer:

• Experience in a Customer Facing role – Essential, this can be from any sector but must be a mixture of customer care and administration.
• Administrative accuracy and efficiency
• Experience dealing with customer purchase orders and/or contracts
• Attention to detail and a proactive work approach
• Ability to work within a Team and strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• General import and export regulations for EU and US, Texport would be advantageous
• Computer systems: SAP, Word, Excel are essential
• Experience in compliance with quality policies as contained in procedures and quality manuals highly desirable.
