About the Role:
As the Commercial Change Management & Communications Consultant at Alcoa, you will support the transformation of Alcoa Commercial’s function by leading change management activities, program managing key commercial initiatives, and coordinating executive-level communications. You will be responsible for developing impactful presentations for senior leadership (e.g., Growth Vision Conference, Growth Execution Conference, Board of Directors, CCO Dashboard), driving change management initiatives for key commercial programs (e.g., ComEx - Commercial Excellence, Salesforce, Digital Roadmap), and managing internal Commercial communications channels (e.g., Pass it On, Portal, Town Halls).

The key responsibilities include:

  • Develop structured change management frameworks and plans for key changes in the Commercial organization;
  • Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for strategic meetings and dashboards;
  • Lead change management activities for commercial programs, ensuring effective adoption and stakeholder engagement;
  • Coordinate and execute commercial communications, including newsletters, portals, and town hall events;
  • Support the Commercial Transformation and Governance Manager in program execution and performance tracking;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support transformation initiatives.
     

What you can bring to the role:

  • Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Engineering, Science, or related discipline. Master of Business Administration or related discipline is an advantage;
  • Solid experience in commercial change management, communications, or related roles. Familiarity with structured change management methodologies;
  • Solid experience in project or program management;
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint development (comfortable presenting to senior and executive leadership);
  • Fully proficient in the English language, verbal and written;
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within commodity-based or industrial markets is an advantage;
  • Preferred: Knowledge of the aluminum value chain, market dynamics, and pricing mechanisms.
