Join Us
The Commercial Business Analyst at Big Health develops a deep understanding of program, clinical, and commercial performance to answer key questions about the health and impact of our digital therapeutics. This role translates complex healthcare and commercial data into clear stories, insights, and recommendations that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and measurable clinical and economic value.
This individual partners closely with Big Health teams to build internal and external reporting, define and track healthcare KPIs, and support development of executive-level external (e.g. QBRs) and internal (e.g.: ELT, BoD) reporting. The role leverages modern analytics tools and eventually large language models (LLMs) to accelerate insights and enable the commercial team.
