- Support the invoicing of clients for franchised activity and incentive‑related charges, ensuring alignment between operational data, rewards paid and revenue billed.
- Produce clear audit and reward calculation outputs highlighting exceptions, trends, financial exposure and control weaknesses.
Commercial & Performance Analysis:
- Analyse franchise job data including job types, job duration, number of visits and productivity metrics using Dynamics, SQL, Power BI and Excel.
- Perform external benchmarking and internal comparative analysis to ensure commercial rates and incentives align with work delivered.
- Translate operational performance into financial insight, linking activity and KPI outcomes to revenue and profit.
- Support pricing, rate reviews and incentive design with robust, evidence‑based analysis.

- Build audit and reward calculation datasets in SQL, including threshold‑based, rule‑driven and exception‑focused logic.
- Create SQL‑driven exception reporting to identify duplicate claims, out‑of‑tolerance job times, rate mismatches and incorrect KPI outcomes.
- Perform data reconciliation using SQL to validate source vs reporting outputs and quantify financial variances.
- Design and maintain automated dashboards and MI in Power BI, reducing reliance on manual Excel‑based calculations.
- Embed reporting, reward logic and controls within Dynamics 365 and Power BI to improve scalability, accuracy and efficiency.
- Document SQL logic, KPI rules, assumptions and data lineage to ensure transparency, auditability and repeatability.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements that strengthen controls, reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
