Organization & Team Overview

Comcast’s Market Development organization consists of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Market Development Representatives (MDRs), and Development eXpansion Professionals (DXPs). Together, they design, develop, and support network expansion initiatives across the Florida Region. Their efforts focus on building relationships and executing projects that extend Comcast’s network to tens of thousands of additional passings each year—covering both homes and businesses. This includes securing entry rights to properties and managing internal and external timelines while maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are responsible for cultivating external relationships, identifying and scoping new projects, and obtaining approval for each initiative.

  • Market Development Representatives (MDRs) focus on securing Right of Entry (ROE) agreements, which grant Comcast access to bring its network into buildings that house business customers.

  • Development eXpansion Professionals (DXPs) oversee project management, coordinating efforts among internal stakeholders and external customers/partners to ensure successful execution.
